When does Wohnsignal launch?
We are working towards launch and will invite companies on the waitlist first. We will share a date with the waitlist.
How will pricing work?
We are finalising the pricing model. It will most likely be based on the number of units managed. Tenants use Wohnsignal for free.
Is joining the waitlist binding?
No. Joining is free and without obligation. You can ask to be removed at any time.
Which payment methods will be available?
We plan to offer SEPA Direct Debit, invoice and credit card. Payments are handled by a specialised payment provider, so card data never reaches our servers.
Is there a data processing agreement (DPA)?
Yes. Customers receive a DPA under Art. 28 GDPR before any tenant personal data is processed.
